Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to answer enquiries, prepare an offer and operate the website.

  • Contact details you provide, such as your name, phone number and email address.
  • Property details included in an enquiry, including its location, size and your message.
  • Technical and aggregate website usage data only when you allow analytics cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data only for specified and justified purposes.

  • Answering your enquiry, arranging a visit and preparing an offer or agreement — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Protecting the website, preventing abuse and establishing legal claims — based on our legitimate interests.
  • Measuring website traffic and campaign effectiveness — only with your consent, which you may refuse or later withdraw.

Service providers and recipients

We do not sell your data. Access is limited to authorised people and providers needed to operate the website and handle enquiries.

  • Hosting, database, business email and technical support providers.
  • Web3Forms, which forwards an email notification after an enquiry has been securely accepted.
  • Google Analytics and related Google tools only if you accept analytics cookies.

How long we keep data

We retain data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless law or the protection of legal claims requires longer retention.

  • We generally keep enquiry data for no longer than 12 months after the last communication if no engagement is agreed.
  • Contract, accounting and tax records are kept for the periods required by applicable law.
  • Analytics data is retained according to our analytics settings and the provider's applicable rules.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request:

  • access to your personal data and information about its processing
  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • deletion when there is no longer a legal basis for processing
  • restriction of processing in circumstances provided by law
  • an objection to processing based on legitimate interests
  • withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on applicable safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
