Written complaints
You can file a complaint about our service in writing: by post to Šenoina ulica 8, 10000 Zagreb, by e-mail to info@urban-stay.eu, or in person at our office at the same address. We confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving it.
Alternative dispute resolution
